Caterina and Gustavo are two lawyers, she Spanish, he Brazilian, who, motivated by their own need to eat healthier bread, left their professional careers to become entrepreneurs. The result: a signature bakery in Palma de Mallorca that combines design, art and community and has become a temple of good bread. The bakery produces 18 varieties of bread, but no yeast, dyes or artificial ingredients are used.
